Molecular sieves are a crystalline alumina silicate with SiO2 to Al2O3 as 2:1. It is formed by extensive cross-linking of AlO4 & SiO4 tetrahedral, resulting in a uniform pore opening. Keeping in mind the customers requirements, our manufacturers manufacture molecular sieve in both extruded pellets & beads form.
The products have equaled to and in some cases better properties than what have been specified in the Bureau of Indian Standards: BIS 14211:1994. Specifically it has very high adsorption capacity,
Molecular Sieves has infinite shelf life, when stored in packed condition. The active service life would depend, however on the operating conditions of the plant, actual application & usage by the customer.
Under the ultra-low humidity conditions, still offer high water adsorption capacity, Effective control of environmental humidity. Have a choice of gas adsorption, only the absorption of a diameter less than 3 angstrom molecular, mainly for the absorption of water molecules
1. Moisture removal / drying from associated gas (LPG) down to dew point of around 100°C.
2. Simultaneous removal of moisture & CO2 from gaseous streams.
3. Organic liquid drying.
4. Removal of moisture & CO2 from feed air to cryogenic plants (N2 – O2 plants)
5. Air drying for dew point of less than -60°C
